Zhidian Smart Energy Service Cloud System has integrated multiple communication modes and realized the function of remote meter reading. The GPRS device directly connects to server reading meters. After LoRa devices upstream to concerntrator, the concerntrator realize meter reading by connection with server. When network anomaly happens, it supports meters built-in blue-tooth communication, realizing data upload by connecting to phones, meter reader and other device. Devices with a keyboard can also be recharged by manually entering the Token directly after recharging.

  1. Management for user documents, supporting multiple people online, customized operation and setting to accounts.
  2. Daily regulated time meter data reading, generating the power consumption statistics sheets. According to the data from sheets automatically calculating each users fee and charge the fee from each users balance.
  3. On platform you can check the power consumption tendency chart, predicting the trend and reasonable scheduling. Also monthly power consumption, received bills, unpaid bills fee and other statistics data can be checked and generating the sheets which are convenient for financial reconciliation.
  4.  Real-time monitoring to device running status. Alarm when devices exception, be offline and users balance runs out, which will be informed by messages or APP reminders, avoiding users normal usage of device.
